Frequently Asked Questions

I’m ready to hit the road. How do I get started?

If you’ve cruised through our portfolio and services and like what you see, head on over to our Getting Started Questionnaire. We’ll carefully review your project needs and will contact you to let you know if we’re the right fit for your project. Then, we’ll set up a consultation call to go over all the details, and provide you with a cost estimate and timeline.

Can we get moving right away?

Sometimes, yes, but most of the time, no. Wide Open Sites is committed to giving every project our undivided attention, which means we only take on so many projects at a time. Don’t worry – if your site is a good fit, you can secure the next spot in line by putting down a deposit.

How long ’til we get there?

Every project is unique, and every website takes a different course from start to launch. At Wide Open Sites, we know that your web strategy is key, so we strive to deliver within one month’s time, whenever possible. This means we need you along for the ride, too. Open lines of communication with Wide Open Sites is key to getting your site to launch as quickly as possible.

What route will you take?

Wide Open Sites develops for the WordPress CMS only. We are expert in customizing and extending WordPress to suit your every need. If your site is still stuck in HTML-land, don’t worry. Wide Open Sites offers full HTML to WordPress conversions, giving you a fully customized website that’s easy to manage, too.

What happens once we arrive at the final destination?

Because we build WordPress sites, you’ll have the option to control the course yourself. We’ll provide one-on-one webinar training and site maintenance manuals to help you manage your site, or if you’d rather go on auto-pilot, we offer ongoing site management services, too.

But I don’t even know where to start!

Don’t stress! Click on over to our Getting Started Questionnaire to tell us more about your ideas. Once we receive your completed form, we’ll be in touch to help you chart your course.
